Booking fees
Booking fees are strictly non refundable, booking fees must be paid via online banking within 1 hour of us sending our payment details & payment must be confirmed by ourselves via message before your booking is secured – we do not hold bookings slots without this so you should recheck availability after this time period.
Remaining balance
Remaining balance must be paid in full before we start any hire.
Online payments must be paid via online banking 1 week before and confirmed via message.
Party bus
Passengers must remain seated while vehicle is in motion signage inside the vehicle makes this clear (No Standing) – we do not accept any liability whatsoever if you do not comply with these instructions.
Damage caused by customers
Any damage to our vehicle will result an an immediate termination of the hire with no refund – all costs incurred including any loss of business/ hires lost as a result will be calculated and passed directly to the customer.
The person booking & paying the booking fee is directly responsible for the hire and all costs incurred.
In the event of vehicle breakdown or vehicle faults
In the event of this we reserve the right to cover the hire with any other vehicle at full price, we may ask another company to cover the hire as a last resort so that your hire goes ahead.
If this is last minute we may not contact you before hand.
If this happens during the hire we will cover the job with either one of our other vehicles or hire another company to complete the hire – where this is not possible we will arrange any other form of transportation that we can to get you to your destination.
Change of fleet vehicles
Unfortunately it is impossible for us to keep each vehicle forever therefore we may change vehicles before your actual hire, in most cases we will be upgrading vehicles, you will be upgraded & contacted.
Disclaimer
Customers must be aware that we do not accept any form of liability whatsoever for any costs you may encounter for whatever the reason as a result of factors that can affect our services, for example emergency road closure or being late for your drop off or even missing a wedding slot. We cannot accept liability for external factors.
We do not supply or sell alcohol.
We do supply complimentary Shloer for adults / children and Fruit Shoots for young children these are both non-alcoholic.
Hire Duration
Your hire time starts at the collection time agreed when the booking was made and not at the time you enter the vehicle – for example if your collection time is 5pm your hire time starts then – we may have other hires booked in so booking times must be adhered to.
In the event of your hire not being able to go ahead due to coronavirus your booking will be moved to another date.
Passengers
Vehicle passenger capacity is explained prior to booking and this capacity cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Each person in the vehicle counts as one passenger regardless of their age or size.
Agreement
We advise, at the point of quotation for booking, that each customer should read our Terms and Conditions prior to booking and that proceeding to book with us is an agreement to our terms and conditions and creates a legal bond contract between the customer and ourselves at Gibb’s Limo Hire.
